The company was established in 1997 as a spin-off of the engineering office Dipl.-Ing. Hans-Gerd Jansen.
It is situated in Neu Kaliss, Germany. Geomatec offers solutions for nearly every geodetic and engineering questions. Its founder, Mr. Jansen, has more than 30 years of experience within the field of geodetic engineering and has ever since been led by innovation.
Since 2003, its business focus expanded to the development and application of the 3D laser scanning technology.
